How we handle your information.

01 / YOUR ENQUIRY

What you send us.

When you use the enquiry form, we receive the details you enter:

• Your name, work email and phone number
• Your company or brand
• The product category, and any estimated units and project notes you add

We use these details to review your enquiry and reply to you about your project. If you email us directly instead, we use your message in the same way.

02 / STORAGE

Where it is kept.

Your enquiry is saved in our website database and sent as a notification to our business mailbox, so that we can respond. The companies that provide these services handle the information on our behalf:

Railway

Hosts the website and the database where enquiries are saved.

Zoho

Provides the mailbox that receives the enquiry notification and our email replies.

Cloudflare

Delivers and protects the website and runs the security check on the enquiry form. To do this it processes technical information such as your IP address and browser details.

To limit repeated submissions, the website temporarily keeps a coded counter linked to your email address. It is cleared automatically during normal operation.

03 / KEEPING AND DELETING

Kept until you ask us to delete it.

We keep your enquiry details until you ask us to delete them.

To have them deleted, email [email protected] and tell us the email address and company name used for the enquiry. We will delete your enquiry details within one week of receiving your request.

04 / ANALYTICS

Only with your permission.

We use Google Analytics to understand visits and enquiries, and only if you accept it. Nothing is loaded from Google Analytics before you accept.

With your permission, Google receives information about your visits, traffic source, approximate location and device, and whether an enquiry was submitted successfully. We do not send Google the details you enter in the enquiry form. Advertising consent stays off.

Your choice is remembered in your browser for 180 days. You can change it at any time using Cookie settings in the footer; rejecting stops analytics and removes its cookies. Read how Google uses this information.
